Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded

Items returned to us without a return request having been made will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then assess the problem and resolve it for you.

 

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products), as well as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding
