Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–5 working days of receipt of payment. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within Belgium and 5–10 working days for international orders, depending on the destination and the carrier.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and are shown at checkout.

Digital products PDF patterns and other digital content are not physically dispatched. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a download link via email.

Tracking your order Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing, where available, a tracking number to track your parcel.
